We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Please review the information below regarding shipping, delivery times, and tracking.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During peak shopping seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier processing.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may experience delays beyond our control.
Delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Customs inspections
- High shipping volumes
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier operational delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
These situations do not automatically qualify for a refund while the shipment remains active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional shipping charges may occur.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can update your shipping information.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
Our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will provide either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Check around your delivery location.
- Contact your local shipping carrier.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with the investigation.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
