Order Cancellation Policy

At Retro Pulse, we understand that you may need to change or cancel your order. Because many of our products are made-to-order, please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.


Cancellation Request Period

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make every effort to process your request before production begins.


Orders in Production

Most of our products are made specifically after an order is placed.

Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as manufacturing resources have already been allocated.


Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you experience an issue with your order after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy or contact our support team for assistance.


Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We can only update the shipping address before your order has been processed or shipped.

Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.


Product Changes

Requests to change:

  • Product
  • Size
  • Color
  • Design
  • Quantity
  • Shipping method

can only be accommodated if production has not yet begun.

While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing has started.


Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please notify us immediately.

Our team will review the orders and, where possible, cancel duplicate orders before production begins.


Orders Refused or Returned

Orders that are refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.


Exceptional Circumstances

Retro Pulse reserves the right to approve cancellations or provide alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
